Why do I need to register in order to buy tickets?
Registering allows us and yourself to keep track of your transaction history and in turn speed up the transaction process. It is also for security purpose as you will be using your credit card for payment.


How do I unsubscribe from e-newsletter I no longer wish to receive?
You will need to login to your account first. From there, select profile and on the left hand navigation bar, select newsletter. Uncheck all the categories to stop receiving e-newsletter.


How do I register?
You can go to OneTicketHub.com and click on login/register. From there, enter you email address which will be your username and give a password. You will also received a email confirmation after registering.


How to change my email address
You will need to login to your account first. From there, select profile and on the left hand navigation bar, select personal profile. Type in your new email address and click on update to change the email address.


How do I change my password?
You will need to login to your account first. From there, select profile and on the left hand navigation bar, select personal profile. Type in your old password and new password and click on update to change the password.


What should I do if I forgot my password
you can send an email with email account you stated during registration. We will then reset your password and email you the new password.


Why is there a time limit during booking?
Ticket bookings through Internet have to be confirmed within a time-frame allowed for each transaction to be completed. If such confirmation is not made within this period, the transaction time expires and the transaction will be deemed incomplete. Any seats allocated will be returned to the system and made available for sale. This will stop customer from holding on to a seat and made it unavailable for other customer to purchase.


Why do I have to fill up each ticket purchaser's Name and Email when I buy tickets.
It is required for validation purposes. An email confirmation will be send to the email address mentioned and in some cases, this email will act as ticket therefore, it is compulsory to enter the purchaser's name and email.


Can I select another show title during booking?
Yes you can. Our system acts like a shopping cart theory. You can purchase tickets from other show titles by just clicking on continue shopping during booking.


Where do I locate the CCV code?
It is the last 3 digit at the back of your credit card below or beside your signature.


I have an error during my credit card transaction. Did my transaction when through?
When there is an error code, most likely the transaction will not go through. You can always check with the Organiser if the transaction went through. You can locate the Organiser contact at top left hand of the event details screen.


What type of credit card can I use?
Only Visa and Master card can be use.


Can I use debit cards?
Only bank certified debit cards with Master or Visa can be use.


Are there other modes of payment beside credit cards?
At the moment, we only support online payment through credit cards. You can always check with the Organiser if there are other ways for payment. You can locate the Organiser contact at top left hand of the event details screen.


What documents do I need to present at the door for my event?
The email notification and your NRIC Card / Passport / Driving license


What should I check when I receive my tickets
Check that the event title, date and price are correct. Check that Tickets are not tampered with damage or torn. Lastly, read the terms and conditions printed on the ticket or email


Do I need to present any validation if I purchase under special discount package eg. senior citizen or student?
Yes you do. Please present the necessary validation to the usher at the door. eg. If you bought the tickets under student discount, please present your student pass.


What should I do if I lost my ticket
Please contact the event's Organiser for any resolution if you lost the ticket. You can locate the Organiser contact at top left hand of the event details screen.

In order to expedite any resolution, please prepare the following details before you contact the Organiser.
- Event Name
- Order number
- No. of tickets lost
- Your name and NRIC number / passport number


What should I do if I want to change the date of my purchase
Please contact the event's Organiser for any exchanges. You can locate the Organiser contact at top left hand of the event details screen.

In order to expedite any resolution, please prepare the following details before you contact the Organiser.
- Event Name
- Order number
- The dates that you wish to change to


If the show is cancelled, how can I do a refund?
Announcement will be made in major press or other media providing information to all patrons holding the tickets to that show. Event Organisers and/or OneTicketHub will put in place a refund service.


Do I need to purchase tickets for my child?
It depends on the admission rules for the particular event. Unless specified, infants in arms or children will not be admitted. You can find out more on the event details site or contact the Organiser.
